What is our load banking service?

Our load banking service is commonly used to commission, maintain, and verify electrical power sources such as diesel generators. Load bank testing burns off wet stacking and eliminates carbon deposits, which reduces the risk of internal damage and extends the life of your generator. Our load bank system applies an electrical load to your generator and dissipates the resulting electrical energy through resistive elements as heat. The resistive elements are cooled with motorized fans within the load bank construction. Our load bank service is the best way to replicate, prove and verify the real-life demands on your generator power systems and helps provide a “health check“ that assesses your generator by exercising a load under it to determine its overall reliability and ability to perform when you need it.
